It is being removed or what but I have even went to where the physical mod is downloaded and there is a folder called Generatefnisforusers but there. Install the mod like you usually do. Then navigate to your Skyrim folder. Then go to Data > tools > GenerateFNIS_for_Users. Run, GenerateFNISforUsers in there and tick whatever mods you recognize from that list and press Update FNIS behavior.
